Booking a Large Group or Celebration
Our menu is built for sharing, which makes Uncle Liu's a natural fit for birthdays, team dinners, rehearsal dinners and family celebrations. For parties of eight or more we recommend calling +1 (345) 525-2548 rather than booking online, so we can seat you together and pre-plan a family-style spread. Common Questions
Do I need a reservation?
Not necessarily — walk-ins are welcome every night. That said, Seven Mile Beach gets busy between 7:00 and 9:00 PM in high season, so booking ahead is the safest way to avoid a wait. Tables for two are usually easier to walk into than larger parties.
How late can I arrive?
The kitchen serves until 11:00 PM every night, so a 10:30 PM table is a real dinner, not a rushed one. We're one of the later kitchens on Seven Mile Beach, which makes us a good option after a late flight or a long day on the water.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Yes. We keep an extensive vegetarian and vegan Szechuan selection — Mapo-style tofu, Kung Pao broccoli, vegetable dumplings and handmade noodle dishes among them. Mention allergies or dietary needs when you book and the kitchen will plan around them.
Is there parking?
Yes — free on-site parking at Caribbean Plaza, which is unusual on this stretch of West Bay Road. If you're staying at The Westin or The Ritz-Carlton, we're an easy walk.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Of course. We ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel so we can offer the table to someone else. Changing your party size is no problem — just let us know as early as you can.
