What catering services do you offer?
We offer passed canapés, seated multi-course dinners, family-style service, buffets and full bartender services across the Cayman Islands — plus fully custom menus for anything else you have in mind.
How many guests can you cater for?
From intimate private dinners to large corporate events and weddings. Share your expected headcount in the form and we'll tailor the format and quote to match.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible — especially for weekends and high season. We recommend at least two weeks' notice, but reach out for shorter timelines and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Do you provide bartenders and drinks?
Yes. Our bartender services bring a curated cocktail, wine and beer programme to your venue, staffed by professional bartenders.
Can you accommodate vegetarian, vegan and dietary needs?
Absolutely. We keep an extensive vegetarian and vegan Szechuan selection and can adapt to allergies and dietary restrictions — just note them in your request.
